FOR BUSINESS OWNERS ON SOCIAL MEDIA: THE REAL CAUSE OF LOW SALES

FOR BUSINESS OWNERS ON SOCIAL MEDIA: THE REAL CAUSE OF LOW SALES

See, I still laugh whenever I remember my humble beginnings months back as a page manager and Instagram content creator.

Before I became skilled in creating content on Instagram that generates massive sales.

Before I was attracting high paying clients to hire me to manage their pages.

Before I started creating marketing blueprints for business owners on Instagram.

I was just one dude making N30 – N40k per month. I knew I had a skill. I knew I could create compelling caption and understand social media marketing so well.

I was afraid asking for figures I knew I should. I was posting everyday, 3 times a day. I was sending a lot of direct messages, pitching my service to potential clients. I had headaches. I was always in ‘trial and error’ mode.

I did everything on my own.

My confidence was nowhere near where it is now. But something happened…

I studied other successful people in the same business that I am. I found what was missing in my brand. I worked on it. I started implementing all I was learning.

I started running Instagram ads. I started paying influencers just to promote my brand and services on their pages.

And guess what?

I started getting the attention I was looking for. Visitors to my page started requesting for my help. My confidence level increased, and I started charging what I knew I was worth.

My income increased, and since then, I have never gone below 6 figures every month.

What made the difference?

EXPOSURE….EXPOSURE…..EXPOSURE

This was all that made the difference.

Like Grant Cardone once said, “Money Follows Attention”. This is very true.

One reason why your business is not experiencing the growth you desire is because people who need to know about your brand don’t know about it.

And the thing is, you know what to do to get them to know about your brand, but you are asking WHAT IF.

What if I spend money and nothing happens?

You are afraid to spend money to get known.

One excuse you normally use is, ‘I can’t spend money to get known because I don’t have money. I just started recently and have not made any sales at all’.

Meanwhile, the truth is, ‘you don’t have money and have not made any sales because you don’t want to spend money to get the attention of potential buyers’.

Believe it or not, it is the truth.

Do you know how many people on Instagram are selling what you are selling?

The reason those brands you envy are selling is that they have done the needful. They have spent money and time to build a community of targeted followers, not just random followers.

So, right now, selling is just so easy for them.

See, if you don’t have a strategy on how you will be running your business on Instagram, sooner or later you will just get frustrated and close your page.

Posting 3 times a day and using hashtags are no strategy. Spending money for beautiful highlights because it makes your page stylish is not a strategy.

To be honest with you, I spend nothing less than 15k every month on influencer marketing.

Why?

I know there are people out there who need my service and don’t know I exist. I don’t want it to take 5 years before they should know about me, I want them to know about me now.

I have a client who don’t want to let me go because she is seeing result from every strategies I share with her.

Whenever she is tired of using one strategy continuously, she will always come asking for a new one, and she is ready to pay for it🤗🤗.

The rich knows that it takes money to make more money.

In conclusion, you need to see spending on your business as an investment and not expenses. People run on the generator to operate their businesses. They don’t see it as an expense. If they don’t do it, they lose potential customers.

People will buy from you if they know you exist. If you continue doing what you are presently doing, you will keep getting the same result.

Now, do you like the result you are getting?
